Mit bis zu 100 Teilen in jedem seiner Luft- und Raumfahrtsysteme musste ein weltweit führender Hersteller von Luft- und Raumfahrtsystemen feststellen, dass regelmäßig nicht konforme Teile die Endmontagelinie erreichten oder an auswärtige Standorte zur Verwendung als Ersatzteile versandt wurden. Dies ist eine völlig inakzeptable Situation.

Um diese Situation zu beheben und gleichzeitig das eigene Personal für strategischere Aufgaben freizusetzen, entschied sich der Hersteller für die Auslagerung seines Qualitätssicherungsdienstes, und nach einem strengen Ausschreibungsverfahren wurde G&P als Partner für die
Erbringung dieser Dienstleistung ausgewählt.
