G&P has announced the launch of a new initiative to recognise the efforts, hard work and long-term commitment of its employees worldwide.
From September, G&P has started its Long Service Awards (LSA) programme, which recognises and celebrates employees who have worked for the company for milestones of 5, 10 and 15 years with five-year increments thereafter.

“It’s incredibly important to ensure team G&P is recognised for their professionalism, expertise and high levels of customer service, which have helped us grow into the global quality management provider we are today.
“I’d like to thank and offer my sincere gratitude to everyone who has already reached such an impressive milestone with us as we continue to show our appreciation for their on-going efforts.”
Jan Kuchynka, General Manager for G&P Quality Management s.r.o. in Czech Republic, who is celebrating his 15th work anniversary this year, said “I’m thrilled to be recognised for my long service with G&P. I feel valued and motivated both at the same time.”
Jan joins more than 50 employees from G&P sites across the globe all reaching a Long Service award milestone in 2022 totalling more than 395 years’ service.
